June 9th meeting - update

We have a great speaker for our June 9th meeting - Award-Winning author/editor Prudy Taylor Board. The topic: "Handling criticism, rejection and finally making that sale!"
A native and current resident of Florida, Prudy Taylor Board, aka: Prudence Foster, is an award winning author/editor of over 1000 newspaper and magazine articles; as well as having authored seven novels and fifteen non-fiction books! Her current hit, “Murder a la Carte,” is available now though Archebooks Publishing, Amazon, Barnes & Noble and fine bookstores everywhere!

Mark your calendar - May & June meetings at the library
South Florida writers,
The next criitique meeting of Aventura Writing Group will be held on May 26, 2007 from 2 pm to 4 pm at North Miami Beach Library. If you want to present your work in progress (no more than 5 pages, please) to the group, send me email.
We will have 2 meetings in June - June 9 and June 23. Both meetings will be held at the library at 2 pm. Check this blog periodically for details and updates.
