South Florida Writers meetings - March and April

We have some changes in our schedule for March and April for Aventura Writers Group and a good news for those of you who live in Palm Beach.

Saturday, March 10, 2007 - FWA Aventura Group will meet at the library for a presentation.
Mary Blomgren will talk about making the transition from published non-fiction to self-published fiction. Mary will talk about workshops, query letters, rejections, critiquing others and accepting feedback. She will share her passion for self-help recovery tools and read from one or both of her books where alcholism recovery is featured.
Saturday, March 24, 2007 - the critique meeting was cancelled by the library.

Tuesday, April 3rd, 2007 - first Florida Writers Writing Group meets at the Barnes & Noble on PGA Blvd, in Palm Beach Gardens. Time 7pm. We will have a-get-to-know-you meeting, set subjects for future meetings and workshops and find out what you want to get out of the meetings. Give me a call if you have any questions or suggestions.
See you all April 3 @ 7 pm Barnes & Noble, Palm Beach Gardens. From 95 take PGA east for one mile. B&N is on the right or south side at Legacy Place plaza.
